[Noisebridge-discuss] API now lets you create new doorcodes

Yes HELLO noisebridge, are you proposing to add door codes with no 
comments?  Why don't we just prop the door open again?

PLEASE PLEASE we need to maintain a requirement that every door code has
a way to contact the owner, and hopefully a name of a member who has
vouched for that person.

If there is no contact information on a door code, I will delete it 
immediately.
