If you want to How about I make the phone only able to call, mexico, cuba,
and south america without a code that we give out at tuesday meetings?  :-)

re: the PLAR
I want to make it so others from crashspace, anyspace, or german
hackerspaces can ring in, and syngergize noisebridge with tales.  I wanted
to make it easy for people to participate in the monthly hackerspaces call
in (next one is 2/12/2012 aka 2nd of December, 2012).
