My answer was based off of this page:

Is this not still relevant? Has it changed since last i checked and the
wiki hasn't been updated?

I think the Circuit Hacking Monday events are separate from Noisebridge as
an organization. While it's certainly held in the space and by one of the
co-founders (when he's available to run it otherwise someone else runs it)
I think it's as much a hosted event much like the five minutes of fame or
other such programs set up by individuals. But that brings up an
interesting point. If Circuit Hacking Mondays IS part of the Noisebridge
organization and Mitch is personally profiting from it then does
Noisebridge still qualify for said non-profit status? I'm not sure how that
all works.
