Thanks. The first thing I need to do is get the
hardware chain working. Any development software
will do at first. Seems the first job is to get
a target CPU board and a burner and possibly
some interface between my laptop's USB connector
and the burner.
After writing a program on the Linux laptop
to get the binary to the CPU and blink an LED,
then it should be fairly easy to add or tweak
the development software to work with assembler
(an emulator would be really nice).
