Ask the other people to let people in. Explain how to give a tour, and how
they are responsible for who they let in.

If you're not comfortable making those decisions, you may want to work
somewhere that allows you to deputise these decisions to others. I'm afraid
there's no-one else but you, and whoever you wish to co-operate with. The
consequences of your decision also hang upon you.

On the contrary, that's when we can stop having arguments about imaginary
situations or creating pre-emptive rules, and start discussing concrete
reality.
