Everyone needs to understand that this issue is a legal liability. We 
can be closed for this. If we become under investigation, the State can 
terminate our existence as a Non-Profit.

This is serious.

As I worked in the space today, admittedly , I only saw a few 
recognizable faces. However, the sexual harassment theme has been 
brewing ever since I joined. This is neither acceptable nor excellent. 
We need to fix this.

I have a feeling this will be the main topic for Tuesday.
