The washer had a busted hose inside the machine (easily accessible from
the back) when it came in. It's entirely possible the replacement was
not fit for purpose and has broken. IIRC, it needs a 6" piece of 1.75"
pressure tubing (black "rubber" with a fiber reinforcement, visually
similar to an automobile radiator hose, but with a larger internal
diameter). I don't know what material ended up being used to replace
it.
