The band slips off pretty easily if the tension isn't correct. The 1/8"
metal band is the worst culprit... There isn't an easy way to tell the
correct tension; it just takes trial and error. I'll fix it the next
time I'm in the space.

Phil, poke me if you'd like to see it done.
