[Noisebridge-discuss] Iraqi hackerspaces?

Mitch,

Back during the war period, there was a lot of hack action going on in
Iraq.   Unfortunately, it was mostly focused on improvised weaponry
and arms :(

I think having a positive place for people to hack on things could do
a lot to turn the culture around.
