They're not people.  Their rights don't apply.  They're pets that you
castrate and keep on leashes for company.

They also don't hack.  They're not alternative or counter culture hackers.
 They will never contribute to the space.  And they've ensured that some
people will never come to the space, because they have allergies and can't
breath if they're near dogs or dog hair.
