[Noisebridge-discuss] New Rebase Time

As was discussed at tonite's NB meeting, I'm exploring alternate 
possible meeting times for Rebase. Reasons are:

  * 6pm is too early for some people
  * Tuesday's already have the General NB meeting, so it's meeting overload.
