[Noisebridge-discuss] Using the vinyl cutter

Some minor updates here.

Last night I found some vinyl floating around near the cutter. The "Sure
Cuts a Lot" software isn't working on the guest account of the desktop I
was using, but it is working on one of the named accounts. I'm not really
sure how to adjust the blade, but after some messing around, I was able to
get some beautiful cuts.
