[Noisebridge-discuss] Consensus proposal: renaming member categories

Charles, this proposal has absolutely nothing to do with the aquarium.  I
think the goal is to clarify that "associate members" are members of and
contributors to the community, while "capital 'M' members" are the
individuals who have been trusted with the power to participate fully in
consensus and thereby form a sort of governing council.

Not everything that happens at NB is about you.
