when someone blocks, the proper response is to talk to them, find out why
they are uncomfortable and attempt a compromise or go do seperate things.
blocks aren't people just being difficult, they're not intentional
roadblocks to "progress", they're legit concerns. dismissing legit concerns
as willful dissent for the sake of gumming the works, is fucked up; is a
harmfully reductive approach to dissent which ultimately renders a real
consensus impossible.
