[Noisebridge-discuss] Neutral Pronoun "E"

I must admit that custom pronouns for people are difficult, though - ones
such as "xe," "hir", etc., mostly because it's difficult to remember (it's
hard enough for me to remember people's names), and throws a wrench into my
normal speech or writing pattern when I try integrating it. It is out of
convenience rather than lack of respect that I often resort to "they/them"
when I'm referring to people of non-binary gender.

For example, I think this guy was being disrespectful, but I somewhat
understand his difficulty to fulfill the requests he was sent:
