what's the -nv stand for?  I can't find it anywhere.  what's the actual 
part number for the chips?

i don't think they're exactly dicemilla compatible, because they only run 
to 10 MHz and the dicemilla runs at 16 MHz, so the bootloader would have 
the wrong constants and serial would be wrong.

but the Arduino Fio and LilyPad and Pro Mini 3.3v 8MHz are the same.
