Hm. Maybe using the word "theory" was a mistake on my part.  I'm interested
in learning how to improve my own interpersonal skills from other by
sharing knowledge or reading lists or things like that.  I'm also
interested in learning how to mediate and volunteering to mediate.  I'm
also interested in learning details about a large number of actual
conflicts at nb to understand patterns.

Excellent motto.  I just looked it up for the first time and it is useful
to consider that even well intentioned effort to "improve a problem" has a
risk of making a worse situation.
