Tony sounds frustrated about email forwards to discuss, and this made me
wonder if we have any guidelines on that?  For example, if someone received
a threat of violence and they wanted to warn the community, a forward seems
prudent to me.  So where do we draw the line?

I certainly formed much of my opinion of Tony from forwards of his email to
this list.  If he expected emails to be private which were then forwarded,
it might contribute to mistrust of the community at general or the "cabal
of Googley Appendages" paranoia.
