[Noisebridge-discuss] Why should I be there?

Mr Dismal,

Let me be clear. IF you, or anyone else, comes to NoiseBridge and observes
our "One Rule", which is "Be excellent" then they'll most likely have an
enjoyable experience, and not experience problems in the space.

IF someone wishes to bring a negative attitude into the space, then they
can turn around, and walk straight out again, and not come back until they
have adjusted their attitude.

Some things we definitely don't want in the space is sexual harassment,
theft, or being drunk/high/belligerent or a combination there of. If that
behavior is observed, the person will be asked to leave.

If somebody observes borderline unexcellent behavior in the space, then it
is their responsibility to either explain the person why their behavior is
unexcellent, and ask they correct it, or if necessary, find one or more
people to assist in explaining why it is excellent. Asking somebody to
correct their behavior does not necessarily mean they should be asked to
leave. It is expected (within reason) to give a person an opportunity to
correct their behavior.
