For what it's worth, the hydraulic dampener, that keeps the door from
slamming against the electronic actuator, often needs to be readjusted; it
seems to have a problem with maintaining a proper setting. This problem
appears to have been the primary cause, if not people actually kicking the
door, when the electronic actuator was previously knocked out of position.
Additionally, there has been a considerable amount of play between lock
mechanism and the actuator, which contributes to instability of the
apparatus. Good luck!
