[Noisebridge-discuss] consensus item to change door-opening policy

I believe Jake's proposal only affects the ability of someone standing
inside of the space, on the third floor, to let someone
in the gate by pressing a button.

Anyone with or without a cellphone is welcome to stand in front of
noisebridge and pray for entrance, just like always.
