Hail, fellow meatships!

I now present to you the PUPAE, the PUblic Plan9 Access Environment.

This is a javascript implementation of the drawterm program by aiju (
http://aiju.de/) used to access Plan 9 from other systems (linix, bsd, osx,
windows). I've set it up on my 9front System (http://9front.org/) to lessen
the barrier to using a Plan 9 system, since now all you need is a browser
fluent in websockets!

Currently, problems include:
- The name sucks. PUPAE? It's only tentative, surely someone has a better
name. jsdrawterm is a little lacking, though.
- Incomplete /dev/draw support, which means no graphical programs (see
http://man.cat-v.org/plan_9/3/draw)
- Only supports websockets; Check http://caniuse.com/websockets for
compatibility.
