SFMTA is about to enforce the *oversized vehicle parking ban* legislation.  The law prohibits vehicles over 22 feet long or 7 feettall from parking on any street between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Vehicles that violate this law will be fined $100. Ther oversized vehicles serve as the only home for individuals (and families) who would otherwise be sleeping exposed to the elements. This law has already been passed, but the extent of enforcement has not yet been decided. This means you still have the opportunity to be heard! Join us when we speak up, and help minimize the damage and harm this law will cause.

Note: it's already obvious that commuter/courtesy vans, limos, ambulances, commercial delivery vans, etc. are not going to face the same degree of enforcement.
