[Noisebridge-discuss] donate button on homepage

Even though noisebridge is no longer in financial crisis, I still think
that it woud be beneficial to have a little donate button/call-to-action
that stands out on the homepage. Nothing garish or desperate, but something
easy to find. I wanted to donate today and I had to dig around to find the
link.

+1's and I will try to implement this, or if anyone else wants to do it, be
my guest :-)
