Jake, thanks for working so hard on this.

At the meetings we've had some pretty extensive consensus-seeking
conversations where we explore the topics and work to find something
which satisfies everyone. I appreciate your suggestion of different
wording, but we've misunderstood your emailed proposals before. I
think that you're much more eloquent in person than via email, and
that it'd be much more helpful if you could come to the meeting and
engage in active-back and forth to find consensus.
