   - Deferred NB 'Open Hours'. *Casey et al., reword which was discussed:
   "NB open 23:00-10:00 only to Members, guests of Members, and people with
   two endorsements in Membership binder."*
   - Deferred end of trial period consensing "Keycode for Access" to NB.
   Point of process defer.
   - Use GIT [https://github.com/noisebridge/anti-harassment] to discuss
   language of new Harrassment policy
