Several notes in one.

1. Due to another commitment I may not make it to the Friday meeting

2. The FCC has closed down. What this means to our project is that I 
can't get an FRN or access the forms. If they reopen before the 16th the 
filing date remains the same otherwise filing will be available on the 
day they reopen or a later date published in their notices.

3. I will have actual equipment costs for the meeting on Tuesday.

4. Whether or not we get a license the DJ booth really needs a sliding 
window (double pane would block out more external sound out) and a door 
that blocks out sound from Church and the Kitchen.
