Hi,

You should find out what voltage it wants on the POE jack. It may be
expecting 48VDC.

Do you have the user manual for it? It should tell you explicitly what it
needs.

(Note: if someone makes up antenna arrays like this, I can tell you how to
program the Atheros NIC to control them.)
