I  expressed an interest in the "Make San Leandro" event.  See

I was sent some .pdf files.  The Cover Letter file contains:
    The City of San Leandro is excited to host the first ever
    “Make San Leandro” event, in association with the
    Historic 105th annual San Leandro Cherry Festival.
The Legalese .pdf file contains:
    REQUIRED INSURANCE: DUE BY APRIL 30, 2014
    Vendor shall obtain and keep in force, including set
    up and tear down of the event, a Commercial General
    Liability Insurance policy with limits equal to or
    greater than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Vendor shall
    provide BOTH a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE and an
    ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT to the City of San
    Leandro evidencing coverage. Failure to <snip>...
