[Noisebridge-discuss] better tech for making decisions (other hackerspaces encouraged to comment!)

There are tradeoffs -- nb-discuss has had non-stop trolls and drama since
the beginning.  But on the other hand, it does give an entry point to
people who are completely new to noisebridge to post questions and event
information etc., and it is used often even in times of high trolling.
