I'd like to offer myself as well as,  Mohammad and Joe as three people whom I believe to be trustworthy to keep the space open, and/or make sure the space is securely closed when none of us are available. Mohammad and myself are in communication via cell, and Joe is living in my house. 
I understand that the most recent  issues have put us all on edge, but my sense is that NB should remain open as much as realistically possible. 
The three of us have been coming to NB for quite some time now and have put a good deal of  effort into making the space presentable for the building code inspection, and will continue to do so. My cell:415.760.1881
