I talked to action rentals as well as the Home Depot professional in Colma.
Action rentals is off Duboce and is only $105 for 4 hour at 3000 psi.

I asked multiple stores about the use of chemicals. I was told by every
store I talked to that the chemicals would not damage our water supply and
we are misinformed on how water flows, and is filtered, in the city.

What I walked away from this understanding is that a hot water pressure
washer of 3000 PSI should be completely capable of cleaning up the
sidewalk. If not, a small amount of 'Goof Off' (which is already in the
space if you want to look at it) should be more than enough when applied
pre-wash.
