Hi,

I instead suggest a roster. In like, 4 hour blocks. Stick it on a wiki
somewhere. Have people volunteer their time. There'll be obvious gaps
in the coverage, so it'll be obvious what is needed.

I worry that the only perk (besides say, being on a power trip) for
being the resident is "you can sleep at noisebridge", which if you
state "hey you need your own space to live too", isn't exactly very
much.

I suggest better understanding the problem you're trying to solve,
rather than going "resident! who can sleep there! totes great idea."
