[Noisebridge-discuss] We got a notice from the city to remove EClair Bandersnatch's graffiti

If you web search EClair, you can sort of make the case that she's a 
graffiti / street artist:

She's been covered by SFGate and Thomas Hawk, for instance.

Not that I'd would particularly want to try to make that case in hearing.

Also, as background, if you follow the link trail from the notice back, 
it turns out that the complaint started with @DPClean (Dolores Clean), a 
civic-minded individual who reports lots of graffiti in the area to 
@SF311, who then get on the ball to make the service requests:
