I think that's fine.

Compared to every other hackerspace out there, Noisebridge is pretty welcoming.

There's a long list of people NOT welcome at Noisebridge, at any hour. 
I don't think that list of people needs to be listed in the Hackerspaces wiki, to pedantically make the statement 'everyone is always welcome' true.

I know the mailing list makes it look like Tom and Jake have set up a keycard swipe system at the front door but it's really not like that at all.

where it said,
"We are open 24/7, and everyone is always welcome"

I have the idea that new visitors are not welcome at all hours. Possibly someone should correct the page.
