Only for South Bay definitions of "near train connections".  It's a
mile-plus hike from the Caltrain station, across a major freeway
overpass with poorly signed high speed uncontrolled pedestrian
crosswalks, down a pedestrian-unfriendly frontage road that's missing
sidewalks in places.

You *can* get there by train if you're dedicated, but it's not "near" by
any reasonable definition.

Biking to Jameco from Caltrain is somewhat more reasonable, although the
"bike route" shoulders crossing 101 were full of gravel and car debris
last time I biked that route.
