[Noisebridge-discuss] Kitchen Plans

Earlier today I was thinking about the kitchen conundrum a bit and postulated 
that the buildup of dishes is correlated with an unreliable presence of 
cleaning tools and supplies.

Does anyone else think this is a reasonable hypothesis and ideas on how to 
test/solve in the future?
