[Noisebridge-discuss] consensus on req to leave if requested

I hear you Monad. Asking people to leave is difficult, sometimes dangerous and best done with support. On top of that, it's very discouraging when the person asked to leave returns without reconciliation. 

Hearing that you found RAYC sleeping at Noisebridge a few days back borders on absurd. He was double-banned by consensus.

I like your suggestions, and also add avoid burnout. Seek help, make sure others know what's going on, and don't get in over your head. If I feel frustrated (by seeing someone around that shouldn't be), that's not a good time for me to reapproach the situation.
