[Noisebridge-discuss] Updated Membership page with dues information

So, ummm... who's implementing this?  We still don't have a
fully-operational Treasurer or Secretary.

*dodges tomatoes*

I propose that enforcement of this proposal only begin when we find
new people to fill these roles.

By the way: anybody here interested in becoming Treasurer?  Secretary?
