[Noisebridge-discuss] on allowing anonymous editing on the wiki

I think it is crazy that we allow default anonymous editing for important
infrastructure pages in the first place given how much grief it cost for NO
gain.

Also I think user pages should be protected to be editable by the user in
question only unless they choose not to (e.g. if they need pledges from
logged in users for their associate membership).

All other pages should be free to edit, unless they are under attack.
