all the technology is there, you just need to put together the pieces
you want. for me the biggest learning curve with RPi was (and still is)
navigating an obscure linux distribution having grown up with windows
boxes.
 A simple program could be made using a usb-sd adapter and a usb-sata
adapter and a script that copies the files over. you can use GPIO pins
to provide a singel copy button, and maybe an LED indicator to show that
the files have copied.
