Public libraries are used, but they provide their spaces equally, first
come, first serve meeting areas, same prices for all regardless of what
they're being used for and the non-meeting areas are open to anyone.

The thing is groups know how libraries provide services, the problem will
come if Noisebridge allows the Sanders supporters and people from another
campaign decide to complain w/o asking if you will provide them space
equally.
