Hi Matthew, 

I can think of 2 options right away:

1)  Help get our pick & place machine in working order, and help setup our toaster oven for PCBs -- and do your boards at Noisebridge. 

2)  Seeed Studio has an office in San Leandro, and this is exactly what they're set up to do.

I am close to a validated design for a hardware project I'm working on, and the next step is to make 20-50 prototypes. I'd like to do this cheaply, but not at the expense of quality or risk the design getting cloned. 
Right now i'm looking at QCA in the bay area, but they are a bit expensive. Asiancircuits.com is cheap, but I'm concerned about quality and the design.
