Random question: How can I create a custom URL for a YouTube channel
with 0 subscribers?

YouTube added some hoops to jump through to get custom URL for YT
channels that have under 500 subs. I can't figure it out. My new
channel has 0 subscribers.

YouTube.com/dhtmlkitchen <-- exists already, but too random.
