So I have several ideas about your finding housing.

Go to Noisebridge and talk with people about your situation.
If you can't do that, tell people you will be at a certain public place at
a certain time and date. Be there then. Talk with the people who show up.
Go Live with relatives. Even if that is not in the Bay area. Pennsylvania,
for instance, has some cheap, decent areas.
San Mateo County has some kind of shared housing plan, where they give you
the contact information of people looking for renters/roommates.
Gilroy might have some cheaper housing.
I can't take you in. Sorry.
