while ago there were mails concerning the "BioHack The Planet" event on this list and therfore my following question is not of topic.

A friend of mine who researches on rural areas and future trends (including social impact) for these areas would be interested in talking with persons who are hacking on
Farm/Bio/Food Tech or are working in Farm/Bio/Food Tech startups in the bay area. Recommendations?
