[Noisebridge-discuss] ham cram @ noisebridge?

Might be worth reaching out to the Cyberspectrum [1] SDR meetup group to see if anyone is interested there about getting their ham licenses. Also, if you have any interest in radio, it is worth going to the Cyberspectrum Software Defined Radio meetups which are held at NB every other month.

If anyone is serious about getting their license, I would recommend studying a bit before the class using HamStudy [2]. The Tech license is easy to cram and pass, but if you put in a little bit of time before the class, and you pass the Tech level, you can take a General class test in the same sitting for no extra cost (typically). Having a General class license gives you access to a lot more of the HF spectrum.
