[Noisebridge-discuss] Audio Spectrum Analysis and Playback Software Recommendations

Hi all!

I am looking for some FLOSS that will play a wav file and visually 
scroll through the spectrogram at the same time. Additional features in 
order of importance to me include an indicator on the spectrogram for 
the current time point of the audio track in milliseconds, the ability 
to speed up and slow down play back, and modular digital 
filters/windowing functions.

Does such a tool exist?
