Hi Everyone,

My name is Ash Wilson and I developed the open-source project SITCH (
http://sitch.io), which is designed to detect man-in-the-middle attacks by
alerting on topology changes in GSM networks.

I met some Noisebridge regulars a week or so ago at an EFF get-together
and there was some interest in doing a hands-on assembly party for SITCH
sensors. I'm also very interested in getting some user feedback... Until
very recently, setting up the service-side was a little intimidating and I
think a lot of good potential users just walked away because the setup was
such an involving process.

I'm reaching out to ask permission to use the space, and to see if
there's a broader interest in attending such a thing. The idea was to have
everyone purchase their own parts and bring them to Noisebridge, and we
would set up the environment together. Then everyone can run their own
sensors at home, at Noisebridge, wherever. I've also got conference slides
and other stuff I can present if there's interest.

What do you think?

-Ash
