Hi Steve,
It's very safe! It's basically a vibrating heart rate monitor in a
sticky-patch form that is accurate enough to get HRV (heart rate
variability) that is used to tell when you're stressed throughout the day
and suggest calming biofeedback exercises to you. The user testing
basically involves going through a relaxation/breath-awareness exercise
through the app for 20 minutes, where you'll get to see exactly how your
HRV improves after the exercise. Here's the website for more info:
